1. Return Policy

Before returning any items, please contact Aïa.

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is damaged or used, no refund will be issued. Ensure that you include your contact information with the return and, if possible, provide a tracking number and a brief description of your issue.

Aïa recommends obtaining a receipt and a package ID from the courier service for your return, as it facilitates tracking the return if necessary. Aïa will refund eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to refund the money. You can easily communicate this to us via email.

1.2 Non-Returnable Goods

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Items such as earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We also do not accept sale items. If you received a discount on the product, it cannot be returned. Other non-returnable goods include gift vouchers. If you paid with a gift voucher, you will not receive a refund but will instead receive a new gift voucher. Opened packages are also not accepted. If in doubt, contact us by email.

1.3 Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
